Delete my BalakApp account

There are two ways to delete your BalakApp account and all associated data. Both permanently remove your information.
Option 1 โ From the app (recommended)
This is the fastest and most immediate way. Steps:
- Open BalakApp on your phone.
- Make sure you are signed in (not in guest mode).
- Tap the gear icon (Settings) on the TopBar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the modal.
- In the "Account" section, tap the red "Delete my account" button.
- Confirm by typing your email in the corresponding field.
- Tap "Delete forever".
The deletion is immediate and irreversible. After confirming, the app will show the login screen.
What gets deleted?
- Your user account (email)
- Your portfolio and all your tokens
- Your alerts and price targets
- Your tracked wallets
- Your staking and yields positions
- Your complete history
- All your personal settings
Option 2 โ By email (if you don't have the app installed)
If you already uninstalled BalakApp but want us to delete your data:
- Send an email to balakapp.support@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- In the body of the email, mention the email you used to register on BalakApp.
- We process the request within 5 to 7 business days.
- We send you confirmation by email when it's done.
What happens after deletion
Once the deletion is confirmed:
- Your account is immediately removed from our main database.
- Technical backups from our provider (Supabase) may retain a copy for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
- If you want to use BalakApp again in the future, you'll need to create a new account. The email becomes free to reuse.
- This action cannot be reversed. We have no way to "recover" a deleted account.
