Delete my BalakApp account

There are two ways to delete your BalakApp account and all associated data. Both permanently remove your information.

Option 1 — From the app (recommended)

This is the fastest and most immediate way. Steps:

1. Open BalakApp on your phone.
2. Make sure you are signed in (not in guest mode).
3. Tap the gear icon (Settings) on the TopBar.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the modal.
5. In the "Account" section, tap the red "Delete my account" button.
6. Confirm by typing your email in the corresponding field.
7. Tap "Delete forever".

The deletion is immediate and irreversible. After confirming, the app will show the login screen.

Option 2 — By email (if you don't have the app installed)

If you already uninstalled BalakApp but want us to delete your data:

1. Send an email to balakapp.support@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account".
2. In the body of the email, mention the email you used to register on BalakApp.
3. We process the request within 5 to 7 business days.
4. We send you confirmation by email when it's done.

What happens after deletion

Once the deletion is confirmed:

• Your account is immediately removed from our main database.
• Technical backups from our provider (Supabase) may retain a copy for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
• If you want to use BalakApp again in the future, you'll need to create a new account. The email becomes free to reuse.
• This action cannot be reversed. We have no way to "recover" a deleted account.

Having trouble deleting your account?

If option 1 doesn't work (for example, you can't sign in), or if more than 7 business days pass since your email request without a response, write to us directly at:
